At application for your mortgage, please bring the following for each buyer:

• Social security numbers
   

• Addresses for past 2 years of residency
   

• Employment information for past 2 years
   

• Landlord or mortgage company information for past 1 year
   

• W-2 forms or complete tax returns for past 2 years
   

• Current pay stubs for past 4 pay periods
   

• All of your bank names, account numbers, and balances (all accounts)
   

• Copies of all of your bank statements and bankbooks for past 3 months
   

•  Information on all open loans you currently have out (bank, acct.#, balance)
   

• If you are self-employed: past 2 years tax returns
   

• If you are applying for a VA loan: bring your certificate of eligibility
