Mary-Ellen Leer, Closing Coordinator
I have been
with Easton Real Estate for five years. I have worked closely with John
Allaire in setting up both the office and the procedures that we currently
use. I do many different jobs during the day, some of which are calling
buyers to tell them about new listings, setting up showings, and keeping
the office inventories. However the largest part of my day is spent as
closing coordinator, following our transactions once the Purchase & Sales
are signed. This means I am in constant contact with our Buyers and
Sellers, their mortgage officers and the closing offices. The goal is to
make sure the transactions close as smoothly as possible. This is probably
the only job I have ever had where 5:00 P.M. comes too soon! |
